Lower School

Grades 1st - 5th
Building a Foundation
Lakeview’s Lower School, grades first through fifth, combines a hands-on curriculum and a student’s natural curiosity about the world around them makes learning both academic and fun. As students advance from first grade to fifth, they increasingly develop strong work habits and personal responsibility. In addition to our strong academics, physical education, music, drama, art, science, Spanish and technology are all part of our curriculum. The Lower School also makes use of the community as an extension of the classroom by offering field trips, guest speakers, and providing Arts in the School programs to enhance the curriculum.
