* Students must be at least three years old at the start of the school year for which they are applying and potty-trained.

* Required copies of IEPs, special services, or psychological evaluations, if any.

Once you complete the online application and pay the $85 fee, you will receive an email acknowledgment.

During the application process you will be asked to complete a checklist which will include the items below.

• Birth certificate, immunization certificate, and social security card
• Background form (available via applicant portal to be completed by the parent)
• Preschool Teacher Recommendation (if applicable)

You can check the status of your application by logging back into the site using the username and password you created when you applied. Once on this site, click the clipboard icon to check outstanding documents.

After the checklist items are received, we will contact you regarding the Admission Committee's decision.
